Chocolate 101

Where: Brian's Lemieus House
When: December 12, starting at noon
Cost: $15 for members, $18 non members

In Chocolate 101, we will be showing you how to melt your chocolate effectively, make the Carmel for turtles, and make Truffles, Turtles, Chocolate Covered Cherries, and Petite Fours.

The cost of this class will go to pay for the chocolate that you will be using, and the other ingredients. You will walk away from this class with much of the candy that you make during the class, and 1lb each of milk and dark chocolate.

This class is limited to 6 attendants due to mold availability and size of the kitchen. Please R.S.V.P. A.S.A.P.! Cutoff date for Coopersville Jaycee members is November 15. If at that time, we do not have 6 people attending, we will open it to anyone. Registration for this event will end November 30th. Please RSVP to our ID VP.

An order form will be provided soon if you would like to order your own molds and or extra chocolate.
