The Greater Coopersville Area Jaycees will once again be putting on a Paintball Social.

Each person will receive a gun and mask (if you don't have one), and 500 rounds of paint. Paintballs cost anything from $40 to $90 for 2,000 rounds, or $10 to $25 for 500.

You might be asking yourself, "Why Paintball?". Why not? Paintball is a fun sport that anyone can play. If you have bad knees or joints and can't run, not a problem! Just stay in the back and shoot so your teem can move up (an actual position for speedball). If your very active, run to the center 50 or take the snake in for the kills.

Paintball is not only a lot of fun, but its a wonderful way to work on your team skills and communication. Speedball is all about teamwork and communication. The players in the back need to be able to tell the players that are in the frount where the other team is so they don't get shot out, and when to run. Communication in this sport is what can win or loose a game, and communication within the Jaycees can make your chapter grow or break up.
